Versatile
- The ring that allows the cell phone to be placed on the table must be positioned on the upper right side.
- The ideal height of the Grip is just below the center of the mobile, as shown in the pictures.
- In the case of the iPhone Pro series, due to its repellent treatment, the grip does not adhere properly.

Compatibility
Stix Grip is compatible with all plastic, carbon fiber, PC, TPU cases, but will not adhere to silicone or heavily embossed cases.

Different positions
Stix Grip has been designed not only for aesthetics but, above all, for usability. The X-shape allows you to easily grip the phone from the side (ideal for chatting) or from below to take group selfies and, above all, to talk on the phone. In the horizontal position with the ring open, you can place the phone in two different inclinations.

Measures
The grip fits any size phone larger than 62.4 mm wide, including the IPhone mini series (64.2 mm).

About Stix Grip
How does the elastic tape behave during the first few uses?
The tensioning sensation of the tape during the first few uses is relatively strong. This ensures that the tape always returns to its initial resting position and prevents deformation. After several uses, the tension will be reduced resulting in a softer grip sensation. The strap will always recover its position after a few seconds.
Can I clean the elastic band of the Grip?
Yes, of course, you can use a cloth and soap or some sanitary wipes.
Can I detach the grip and place it on another cell phone?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. If you try to put it back on another cell phone, the grip on it will not be as strong and it will probably disengage easily.
Warranty and returns
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we guarantee a full refund if you return the product(s) within 30 days. The product must be undamaged for us to accept the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To arrange the return, please contact our customer service team: support@aiklo.com with the order number of your product.
AIKLO is not responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipment. We recommend that you use a certified courier service, with tracking and that can provide proof of delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team with your name and order number. If your order has already shipped, you can always return any unwanted product for a refund.
What are the conditions of the product warranty?
AIKLO products have a global warranty period of 1 year, unless it differs with local legislation.
Exceptions to the legal warranty
The legal warranty shall not apply in the following cases:
- Return of damaged items and/or malfunctioning of the product due to misuse of the same.
- When the defects indicated are due to normal wear and tear or aging due to the passage of time.
Product Exchange Policy
The costs associated with changes shall be borne by the buyer.
AIKLO does not support the exchange between a product purchased by the Customer for another product that is offered on the Website. The customer must process a return of the product and proceed to make a new purchase.
In the case of a change of product within the Peninsula, the associated cost amounts to 9 €, corresponding to the cost of shipping the new product and collection of the wrong product.
In the case of an extra-peninsular change, our team will inform you of the costs associated with it. AIKLO is not responsible for any customs charges that may be generated by the change.

To which countries do we ship?
We currently ship to countries that are part of the European Community.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery time in Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 24/48 hours.
In the EU, lead times are 48/72 hours.
Costs and invoicing
What are the shipping costs?
Free domestic shipping for purchases over 23€.
- Shipping to Barcelona province: 4.2€
- National shipping in the peninsula: between 4.2€-4.55€ (depending on the province)
- Shipments to Balearic Islands: 7.5€
- For shipments within the EU, whether by land or air, prices vary depending on each destination country.
